Timothy Katsuyoshi really sizzled at the plate in today's 12-4 win over Cardinals. The Houston left fielder blistered St. Louis for 5 hits in 6 at-bats.
"Katsuyoshi was too tough to get out today," the Cardinals skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too."
T. Katsuyoshi hit a two-run home run off D. Bush in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
Katsuyoshi is hitting .315 this year with 8 home runs and 28 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .391, 19 walks and scored 26 times.

Christopher Partida had a very good May and today was presented the National League Rookie of the Month trophy.
